Wydarzenie odbyło się w Warszawie 18 czerwca 2023 roku.
Celem wydarzenia było zgromadzenie wszystkich – osób indywidualnych, przedstawicieli administracji i organizacji społecznych, którzy przyczynili się do powstania pomnika, a także okolicznych mieszkańców – do rozpoczęcia kolejnego etapu współpracy i dyskusji na temat przyszłości Miejsca Pamięci, zwłaszcza możliwej działania edukacyjne i kulturalne podtrzymujące pamięć o archiwum i jego twórcach – grupie Oneg Szabat.
Wydarzenie rozpoczęło się od wspólnej pracy - uporządkowaniu terenu wokół pomnika, a następnie zakończeniu nasadzeń żywopłotu - ostatniego i jak do tej pory nie zrealizowanego elementu upamiętnienia, który swoim obrysem odtwarzał piwnicę w której znaleziono archiwum.
Następnie uczestnicy przeszli do siedziby Stacji Muranów, jednej z organizacji zaangażowanych w utworzenie upamiętnienia, gdzie twórcy opowiedzieli o historii jego powstania, a następnie odbyła się dyskusja, w której powstały zarysy kolejnych działań związanych z edukacją, ponieważ część mieszkańców dzielnicy nadal ma znikomą wiedzę o historii tego miejsca.
W wydarzeniu uczestniczyli okoliczni mieszkańcy, burmistrz i v-ce burmistrzyni dzielnicy Wola, Przewodniczący Zarządu Stowarzyszenia Żydowski Instytut Historyczny, Dyrektor Biura Kultury w warszawskim ratuszu, dyrektorka Taube Center for Jewish Life & Learning, członkowie żydowskiej społeczności Warszawy (3), badacze kulturoznastwa i antropologii (2)

The purpose of the event was to bring together everyone - individuals, representatives of the administration and community organizations who contributed to the memorial, as well as local residents - to begin the next stage of cooperation and discussion about the future of the memorial, especially possible educational and cultural activities that would keep alive the memory of the archive and its creators - the Oneg Shabbat group.
The event began with joint work - tidying up the area around the monument, and then finishing the planting of the hedge - the last and so far unrealized element of commemoration, which recreated the basement where the archive was found.
Next, the participants went to the seat of the Muranów Station, one of the organizations involved in the creation of the commemoration, where the creators told about the history of its creation, and then a discussion took place, during which the outlines of further activities related to education were created, because some residents of the district still have little knowledge of the history this place.
